James SOL Radina has grown up following the greatest and latest trends in technology when it comes to marketing online. Helping hundreds of business owners through his online consulting services, he has found a niche in working with some of the top motivational speakers in the world, including Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Paul Martinelli, and more.
James has also studied and mastered, through immersion, Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula & Managers Programs, and has several successful online product launches under his belt. You may be asking, What is a Product Launch? The easiest way to explain this is to relate it to Apple and their recent launch of the iPad. James helps companies produce similar results online… creating a huge impact in the marketplace and on avid fans using what he learned in the Launch Product Launch Manager’s Coaching Program. James’ charitable activities include his work as a Make-A-Wish volunteer; Young Professionals 3c Committee Founding Member; Wish Granter; Make-A-Wish San Diego Chapter Volunteer of the Month September 2008, Amazing Wish Kid Airport Greeter; three-season Mentor for Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation; unofficial Big Brother for seven-year-old with life threatening illness; co-founder of S.P.I.N. San Diego (Spreading Philanthropy Into Networking); Marketing Director to a local charity Jeans 4 Justice (a non profit providing education, awareness and prevention of sexual assault/ violence); and founding partner of a change organization called SEVEN (a new tribe bringing together leaders in San Diego who are into personal development/self growth and giving back).

Nicolette lives in San Diego and is passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle, spending time with family and friends and giving back to her community through volunteer service at San Diego Hospice and The Institute of Palliative Medicine.

Judi Paliungas holds a degree in Graphic Design from Andrews University. She specializes in art direction, graphic design and public relations.
Her industry experience has included both nonprofit organizations and commercial clients ranging from small business to large corporations. She has worked with radio and television organizations, advertising agencies, personal development consultants, nonprofit groups, health care organizations, electronics, manufacturing and horitcultural companies, and educational institutions to name a few.

Danielle Nastri. Offline Graphic Designer.
A national award winning graphic designer, Danielle Nastri followed her photography and painting studies at University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in graphic design. Visual communications is her true passion from logo concepts to event enhancements and branding to product development and print campaigns.
Her industry experience exudes creativity in every form. With a vast knowledge of special events and marketing, Nastri understands the importance of visual impact. Over the last ten years, she has served as Design and Marketing Manager for McCarten & Associates, a boutique special events, public relations and marketing firm. Furthering her product development skills, Nastri joined Amazon Herb Company, a worldwide health and wellness nutritional corporation. In addition, she has maintained a thriving freelance graphic design and consulting business.
Nastri has been featured in several art exhibits for her work and is the recipient of a first place U.S. National Division award for the “Design Against Fur 2007” Poster Competition. She believes strongly in community and has served on many fundraising committees including The Able Trust, The Arc of Palm Beach County, and American Cancer Society.
